Cartel announced Friday via Twitter that preproduction has begun for an as-yet-untitled upcoming LP. The band will be heading into the studio on August 20th to begin recording; no word yet as to what studio or who will be producing or releasing the record. The announcement comes hot on the heels of the news that Cartel will be joining The Early November on tour in the fall.
