Davy Jones of The Monkees died today, apparently due to a heart attack. The musician and actor was made famous on the television show The Monkees, a satire based on The Beatles. Although the show was far from serious, its characters resonated with many audience members and we wish the best for Jones’ family, friends, and fans.
