Manchester Orchestra were scheduled to perform tonight in Ft. Lauderdale, FL at The Culture Room. That show has been cancelled due to the impending bad weather being caused by Tropical Storm Isaac. As of this writing, the weather here has been non-stop rain and winds with up 40mph gusts. The band tweeted that the show would be cancelled and that their fans’ safety is the first and foremost concern. No word yet on a re-scheduled date or if purchased tickets are to be refunded.

Update: Culture Room posted on their FB page: Due to weather, the Manchester Orchestra show scheduled for tonight, Sunday, August 26, is POSTPONED. New date will be announced.
