After months of hinting at something big in the works, GameChanger has revealed that the Skate And Surf Festival will be returning to New Jersey in the spring of 2013. The announcement came hot on the heels of Asbury Park Press’ announcement that The Bamboozle would not be returning to Asbury Park. Skate And Surf has not been confirmed specifically for Asbury Park, but the inclusion of the city’s well known mascot Tillie in the announcement is a good indicator.
